We’re a brand rooted in thoughtful design, intentional service, and exceptional client experiences. We are currently hiring a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team beginning in mid-January 2026.

This client-facing, in-store role focuses on delivering high-touch service, building authentic relationships, and supporting the day-to-day operations that bring our retail space to life. Ideal for someone who thrives in a curated retail environment where product knowledge, presentation, and personalization matter.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients with warmth, presence, and curiosity

  • Guide each interaction based on client needs, not scripts

  • Offer thoughtful product recommendations with confidence and restraint

  • Handle client purchases with precision through our POS system

  • Keep the environment organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards

  • Restock inventory, assist with visual storytelling, and help prepare for activations

  • Occasionally support in-area deliveries

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

  • Maintain a polished, calm energy β€” even when it’s busy

Who You Are

  • Naturally intuitive in reading and serving others

  • Able to build rapport quickly and earn long-term trust

  • Highly organized, detail-conscious, and solution-oriented

  • Poised, articulate, and emotionally intelligent

  • Available to work weekends and at least one to two weekday shift per week

  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Preferred Experience

  • 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or a relationship-focused service role

  • Familiarity with POS and retail systems

  • Valid driver’s license (for local deliveries)

  • Comfortable standing for periods and lifting light stock (10–15 lbs)
